Warranty Policy

GREST offers a 6-month warranty on every mobile purchased from us starting from the date of the invoice.

The 6-month warranty covers any issue in the phone that is not as intended or designed.

Please note:

The warranty is valid only for devices purchased from Grest and can be availed by the person whose name appears on the invoice. It is not transferable between devices or if the device is sold or transferred to another individual.

To claim your warranty, follow these steps:

Share a video of the phone demonstrating the prevailing issue at care@grest.in.

Send us your phone number/order number/IMEI Number. You can send any of this information to care@grest.in.

Q1. How can I claim my warranty?

Ans. You can claim the warranty by emailing us at care@grest.in with the details provided on the invoice at the time of purchase. For further assistance, connect with us via Chat or email at care@grest.in.

Q2. How much time will GREST take to resolve my query, if it is coming under warranty?


Our team typically resolves issues within 48 to 72 hours from the time you submit your query. You will receive an acknowledgment email for your query, and we'll work to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

The warranty is not applicable under the following scenarios:

Accidental damage of any kind is not covered, rendering the warranty null and void in such cases. Direct damage or damages caused as a consequence of accidents will not be covered within the 6-month warranty.

Display issues unrelated to manual intervention, specifically visible lines and blank screens.

Excessive damage due to rough handling of the device, potentially affecting internal components.

Subsequent mishandling leading to frame bending, twisting, or cracking will not be entertained.

Mishandling of the screen such as hard pressing that initiates discoloration or lining on the display.

Accidental or purposeful drops, water damage, tampering with internal hardware, damage from attempted customer self-repairs, software issues unrelated to the repair, jail-broken devices.

Customers are advised to back up all data before claiming the warranty.
