  • Orders placed on weekdays before cut-off time are processed the same or next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

3. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on your shipping address and product availability. Estimated timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Remote areas: 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Actual delivery time depends on product availability and your shipping address. Unforeseen delays due to logistics or weather may occasionally affect timelines.

5. Packaging

All devices are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. We use protective packaging to ensure your device arrives in the same condition it left our facility.

  • Each device is tested and quality-checked before packing.
  • Accessories and documents are included as specified on the product page.
  • Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and secured to prevent transit damage.

6. Please Note

  • The warranty is valid only for devices purchased from Grest and can be availed by the person whose name appears on the invoice.
  • Warranty is not transferable between devices or if the device is sold or transferred to another individual.
  • Grest is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at the time of order.
  • In case of non-delivery or failed delivery attempts, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

7. Returns & Warranty

How to Claim Warranty

To claim your warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Share a short video of the device demonstrating the issue to care@grest.in.
  2. Send your phone number, order number, or IMEI number to care@grest.in.
  3. Our team will acknowledge your claim within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Return Window

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date. Ensure you return the entire package — device, accessories, and box — within this window.

Our return policy allows for a 7-day money-back guarantee, provided the device is in the same condition as when purchased. Your satisfaction is our priority.
