All warranty rights are subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions set out below.
2. Warranty — Repairs (Offline stores)
2.1 Screen (6 months + first month breakage protection)

What is covered: Functional failures of the replaced screen or display issues (including touch sensitivity problems) not caused by physical impact or liquid damage.
Remedy: If a covered defect arises, Grest will replace the screen with a new screen. The original 6-month warranty period remains counted from the original invoice date.
Important: If the original/old screen is not handed over to the technician at the time of replacement, the warranty for that screen is limited to 3 months.
2.2 Battery (3 months)
Coverage: Batteries replaced / repaired by Grest are covered by a 3 month limited warranty from the invoice date.
What is covered: Dead battery, swelling or heating issues with the battery.
Remedy: Repair or replacement of the battery, at Grest’s discretion.
Important: Battery health percentage reduction is normal and depends on the usage pattern of customers. Any such claim will not be entertained.
2.3 Other Spare Parts (3 months)
Coverage: All other spare parts fitted during repair (other than the screen) carry a 3-month limited warranty from the invoice date.
What is covered: Functional failure of the replaced parts due to manufacturing or workmanship defects (subject to exclusions).
Remedy: Repair or replacement of the defective part, at Grest’s discretion.
Important: Coverage applies only to defects arising from the repaired part. Any new issue or issue related to a different component is excluded from coverage.
