Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
RETURNS, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with it. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for detailed information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email our customer service at care@grest.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase. Then, mail your return to the following address:

We will reimburse return shipping charges up to INR 100/-. Additionally, please send an email with the subject line mentioning your RMA#, including a video of the issue encountered. We recommend recording a video during the product's unboxing to avoid any discrepancies.
REFUNDS
After receiving your returned package and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. In case of any discrepancy, we will inform you of the same.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
CANCELLATION
Any Order can be canceled within 12 hours of its purchase or before its dispatch whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be initiated within 7 days of the cancellation of the product.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products received by you, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Valid proof of defect/damage with proper videography needs to be shared with us. We recommend you do videography during the opening of the product. In case of the non-availability of valid proof, the refund will not be initiated.
